All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Orders and Customisation

For personalised items, we create products based on the details you provide. Please check all spellings, dates, images, and customisation instructions carefully before submitting your order.

Drakart Workshop is not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership of Designs

Ownership of Original Designs

All original artwork, product designs, engravings, templates, branding, and creative content produced by Drakart Workshop are the exclusive intellectual property of Drakart Workshop. This includes both digital and physical design work created by us for our products, listings, marketing, and custom commissions.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our original designs without our express written permission.

Use of Public-Domain or Third-Party Source Material

Some products we offer incorporate elements that are based on public-domain works, customer-supplied materials, or other content for which Drakart Workshop does not claim exclusive rights.

In these cases, our copyright applies only to the original creative contributions we add (such as layout, engraving style, composition, or enhancements), and not to the underlying source material.

We do not claim ownership over:

• Public-domain artwork, maps, or historical materials
• Customer-provided images, text, or design elements.

Customer-Provided Content

When you supply images, text, or design elements for a personalised order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use that material. Drakart Workshop does not assume ownership of customer-provided content, but we may retain a copy for order fulfilment, quality assurance, and portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise.

Derivative Works Created by Drakart Workshop

Where a product is created using public-domain or customer-provided material, Drakart Workshop claims copyright only over the new, original creative elements we contribute.

We do not claim exclusive rights over the underlying work and do not restrict your use of that original material.

4. Liabilities and Responsibilities

Drakart Workshop takes great care in crafting all products and aims to ensure they meet the quality standards our customers expect. However, we are not liable for:
